All orders are shipped with a Coding number.

During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

Returns Policy

  • Cash on delivery:

Return will be accepted only in front of the delivery man

  • Online payment:

‘Gatsbywears’ will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 14 days of the date of purchase (7 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at our support mail where the corresponding collection is available.

Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a return notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 working days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {contact@gatsbywears.com} and send your item to: {Hatuvanga road, Gorai, Mirzapur, Tangail}.

  • Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
